From Spyin’ to Cryin’

The Philadelphia Daily News morning headline, From Spyin’ to Cryin’, perfectly sums up my sentiment about the 18-1 Patriots. Belichick consistently responded with his insincere we’ve put the whole thing behind us line and everyone drank the Kool-Aid. Somehow the sports world quickly forgot about Spygate and the crime seemed ridiculously minimized. How many other people would be able to get off so easily? What a whacked-out message to send to kids. However, it now seems that the Super Bowl XLII loss may be just the beginning of Belichick’s problems. All the newspapers and online news sources are talking about this, but the ESPN channels have barely mentioned it today. What’s up with that?!
