Inbox Zero

Everyone should take a look at Merlin Mann’s advice for managing email. His ideas are actually simple and obvious, but many of us overlook them in our management of email. You will know within 10 minutes whether or not you need to watch the entire presentation. I am hoping that I see zero in my inbox, soon!

  1. My Inbox is out of control, Jethro. I was good at it for many years, but it has gotten away from me recently. Wish I was more like you.

  2. I get very annoyed if my inbox is not at zero. I have been that way ever since I started using email. It needs to be cleaned out now and it needs to be done fast.
