Here are a few gifts that I always appreciate from students and families.
- Items that we can use the classroom. Classes can often work together to provide big ticket items. Real-life examples have included carpet and bookshelves for a center, classroom set of calculators, CD player, multiple Math and GeoSafaris, and a computer.
- Restaurant gift certificates and movie passes make for nice date nights with my wonderful wife.
- Donations to causes about which I’m passionate (Summer Camp and Breast Cancer Research)
